Fondue Megève - Fondues made by the best worker in France, Pierre Gay

What is fondue?

Fondue is a Swiss culinary speciality composed of one or more melted cheeses and served in a shared container on a portable stove heated with a candle or an alcohol lamp. The cheese is then tasted by dipping pieces of bread directly into the pot. This dish is often made up of cheeses such as Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois.

The Atelier spirit

Cyril grew up in Courchevel and trained in the most prominent Houses of the Savoyard resort; he quickly takes off and promptly asserts his DNA by creating his businesses. His sense of friendliness, good communicative humour and sincerity are undoubtedly his first qualities. His love for simple and well-made products added to a desire to offer new products led to the creation of L'atelier Megève, which is the fruit of all his years of experience.
